Overview of job

We are seeking a skilled Back-End Developer with at least 2 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong backend development skills across multiple languages and frameworks, including Python, Django, Scala, Java, and NodeJS. You will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable microservices, deploying infrastructure using Terraform/AWS CDK, and integrating with cloud services such as API Gateway, Kafka, S3, and DynamoDB.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Participate in planning, designing, developing, and providing technical support for software development projects as a team member or technical lead.
• Develop backend functionalities using Python, Django, Flask, and other related frameworks.
• Design and implement microservices-based applications deployed on AWS or Azure.
• Build and optimize APIs for high-traffic systems handling millions of daily transactions.
• Review source code and mentor junior developers within the team.
• Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies as needed.

• 3+ years of experience in Python.
• Hands-on experience with backend development using Python, Django, Flask, and related frameworks.
• Experience deploying infrastructure using Terraform, AWS CDK, and GitHub Actions.
• Familiarity with AWS services such as API Gateway, Kafka, S3, DynamoDB.
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools like CloudWatch, New Relic.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Entra and PagerDuty for identity and incident management.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle and resolve stressful production issues effectively.
• Good English communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Willing to WIO 100% and daily night meetings (up to 1 hour/day).
