As a Automation QA/QC Engineer, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Support the automation testing team across all applications/systems with 100% automation
• Design, build, and scale UI/API automation that keeps mission-critical platforms stable and fast
• Build and evolve frameworks using Python (preferred) or Java, leveraging common UI frameworks (e.g., Selenium) and best-practice patterns for reliability and speed
• Manage and support end-user devices, ensuring proper configuration and security.
• Assist end-users with hardware and software issues.
• Help design project plans, coordinate UAT, and implement solutions.

• At least 3 years’ experience in software testing focused on automation testing.
• Hands‑on in UI automation and API validation
• Strong coding skills in Python (preferred) or Java, plus practical expertise with Selenium
• Solid understanding of SDLC, defect lifecycles, and regression strategy; comfortable owning quality signals and driving continuous improvement
• Clear English communication and the ability to work with distributed teams.
• Domain Expertise: Experience in testing Insurance domains/projects (Prefer)
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
