Job description

Overview of job

As a Automation QA/QC Engineer, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

Support the automation testing team across all applications/systems with 100% automation
Design, build, and scale UI/API automation that keeps mission-critical platforms stable and fast
Build and evolve frameworks using Python (preferred) or Java, leveraging common UI frameworks (e.g., Selenium) and best-practice patterns for reliability and speed
Manage and support end-user devices, ensuring proper configuration and security.
Assist end-users with hardware and software issues.
Help design project plans, coordinate UAT, and implement solutions.

Job Requirement

At least 3 years’ experience in software testing focused on automation testing.
Hands‑on in UI automation and API validation
Strong coding skills in Python (preferred) or Java, plus practical expertise with Selenium
Solid understanding of SDLC, defect lifecycles, and regression strategy; comfortable owning quality signals and driving continuous improvement
Clear English communication and the ability to work with distributed teams.
Domain Expertise: Experience in testing Insurance domains/projects (Prefer)
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
