Overview of job

• Support implementation, configuration, and operation of network infrastructure including cabling, switches, and routers.
• Participate in network project activities, ensuring technical requirements and timelines are met.
• Coordinate with network vendors to manage installation, troubleshooting, and quality verification.
• Assist the Network Operations Manager in supervising daily network operations and improvement tasks.
• Collaborate with customer, LG CNS headquarters, and internal teams to resolve technical issues.
• Monitor network performance and provide initial troubleshooting for connectivity or device-related incidents.
• Maintain network documentation, asset inventory, and configuration records for operational consistency.
• Support planning and execution of network expansion, upgrades, and maintenance activities.

[Required]

• At least 3–4 years of professional experience in network operations or related fields.
• Hands-on experience with network cabling, including installation and troubleshooting.
• Practical experience configuring and operating switches and routers in enterprise environments.
• Understanding of core network concepts such as VLANs, routing, switching, and LAN/WAN operations.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders including customers, vendors, and HQ teams.
• Strong documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills. 

[Preferred]

• Experience working in manufacturing or large-scale enterprise network environments.
• Familiarity with vendor management and multi-party project coordination.
• Knowledge of monitoring tools or network management systems (NMS).
• Ability to communicate in Korean or English.
• Certifications such as CCNA/CCNP or equivalent are a plus.
