WE ARE LOOKING FOR A PERSON, WHO WILL:
CodeIT is building a strong application engineering team to support business expansion in Vietnam and ASEAN. This role focuses on delivering customer solutions using low-code platforms and ensuring high system performance and customer satisfaction.
Design and configure solutions using low-code platforms:
- CodeIT Enterprise (Windows-based applications)
- Kalipso Studio (Android-based applications)
- Translate business requirements into system configuration, including workflows, business logic, and UI behavior.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and functional analysis (Input / Output / Business Logic) to troubleshoot system issues.
- Act as main contact point for post go-live support, handling tickets end-to-end:
Issue → RCA → Solution → Communication → Closure - Ensure clear and professional communication with customers via email, calls, and meetings.
- Maintain and update User Guides and documentation to reflect system behavior and business flow.
- Propose improvements to system configuration, workflows, and processes based on real issues and customer needs.
- Support deployment, testing, and system validation in coordination with R&D teams.
- Support system integration with devices such as PLC, scanner, printer, scale, and PDA (Android).
- Assist Sales team in site survey, requirement collection, and technical proposal when required.

Job Requirement
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- At least 3 years of experience as a Software Application Engineer/System Support/System Admin/Technical Support/Configuration Engineer
- Experience in customer support / application support, and possessing a strong customer-centric mindset.
- Experience with low-code / no-code platforms or system configuration
- Graduated in IT, Software Engineering, Automation, or related fields
- Good command of English, able to communicate with customers via email and meetings
- Understanding of Windows-based applications and business workflows
- Basic knowledge of MS SQL Server (query, stored procedures, data analysis)
- Basic knowledge of version control (Git)
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to perform RCA and troubleshoot common system issues independently
- Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently
- Willingness to travel when required
- Familiar with MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ms. Excel, Ms. Word & Ms. Power Point.
Plus skills:
- Experience with Low-code/no-code platform
- Knowledge of WMS / Traceability / Manufacturing systems
- Basic knowledge of PLC programming and I/O devices
- UI/UX awareness for designing user-friendly applications (Windows & Android)
- Familiar with MS Visio, MS Project
