WE ARE LOOKING FOR A PERSON, WHO WILL​​:​​

CodeIT is building a strong application engineering team to support business expansion in Vietnam and ASEAN. This role focuses on delivering customer solutions using low-code platforms and ensuring high system performance and customer satisfaction.

Design and configure solutions using low-code platforms:

1. CodeIT Enterprise (Windows-based applications)
2. Kalipso Studio (Android-based applications)

• Translate business requirements into system configuration, including workflows, business logic, and UI behavior.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and functional analysis (Input / Output / Business Logic) to troubleshoot system issues.
• Act as main contact point for post go-live support, handling tickets end-to-end:
  Issue → RCA → Solution → Communication → Closure
• Ensure clear and professional communication with customers via email, calls, and meetings.
• Maintain and update User Guides and documentation to reflect system behavior and business flow.
• Propose improvements to system configuration, workflows, and processes based on real issues and customer needs.
• Support deployment, testing, and system validation in coordination with R&D teams.
• Support system integration with devices such as PLC, scanner, printer, scale, and PDA (Android).
• Assist Sales team in site survey, requirement collection, and technical proposal when required.
