For one of our clients, TOG Recruitment is looking for a Business Analyst, to work in Ho Chi Minh City, District 7. This role is part of their Deployment team and will collaborate with other Membership program builders, operators, and developers to create a business solution for clients based in overseas.

1. Receive client’s requests & build up the membership program

- Evaluating client’s program, analysing and anticipating requirements for build into internal system;

- Documenting requirements and submitting them into Build request to IT;

- Conducting tests and communicating the results to sales team & clients;

- Managing Build progress to ensure the success of the program launch within the allowed timing;

- Handle other tasks assigned by Team leader/Manager;

2. Maintain the membership program

- Managing Daily requests and SLA Operations;

- Managing Inventory and Users;

- Analysing and answering queries from sales/clients/ warehouse;

- Identifying causes, effects, solutions when errors occur and fixing errors as well as implementing solutions;

- Handle others tasks assigned by Team leader/Manager;

• Working hours from 7 AM to 4 PM (No traffic jams)
• No overtime. If employee has to be on duty on holidays, they’ll be added 3 AL for each working day.
• 60 days probation, then full time contract.
• Additional Healthcare Insurance (Inpatient VND 120,000,000/year, Outpatient VND 14,000,000/year)
• Lunch Allowance: VND 1,200,000/month.

Professional skills/ knowledge:

1. Have background in Engineering, Technical field, Business Administration, or IT

2. Have at least 3 years working as a BA or a similar experience;

3. Have knowledge about programming and data structure;

4. Be proficiency in MS office: Word, Excel (Table, formulas and pivot table), PowerPoint and Outlook;

5. English: at least B2 Upper Intermediate, preferrably C1 Advanced

6. Be a detail-oriented and goal-driven person;

7. Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently within the team and business stakeholders;

8. Ability to follow process, prioritize tasks and manage time effectively;

9. Ability to remain effective when faced with changing tasks, responsibilities or people;

Desirable skills:

10. Understanding of relational databases;

11. Ability to read and write SQL statements;
