RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and data processing systems on cloud platforms (AWS or GCP)
- Build and optimize ETL/ELT workflows to ingest, transform, and serve data for analytics and business use cases
- Work with large-scale structured and unstructured datasets, ensuring data quality, reliability, and performance
- Collaborate with Data Scientists, Analysts, and cross-functional teams to support data-driven solutions
- Develop and manage data storage solutions such as Data Lakes and Data Warehouses
- Implement data governance, security, and best practices in cloud environments
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize data pipelines and system performance

Job Requirement
- 3+ years of experience in Data Engineering or related roles
- Hands-on experience with AWS (e.g., S3, Glue, Redshift, Lambda) or GCP (e.g., BigQuery, Dataflow, Pub/Sub)
- Strong experience in SQL and at least one programming language (Python, Scala, or Java)
- Experience in building and optimizing ETL/ELT pipelines
- Familiarity with distributed data processing frameworks (e.g., Spark) is a plus
- Understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and data lake concepts
- Good English communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team
