RESPONSIBILITIES
- Mission: Manage IP investment at portfolio level to ensure reuse, scale, and monetization of AI-enabled solutions
- Govern and track IP progress across delivery units, ensuring alignment with program strategy and reuse objectives
- Build and maintain a centralized portfolio of AI-powered solutions, ensuring standards, interoperability, and reusability
- Define and enforce governance frameworks for IP lifecycle, including creation, reuse, and commercialization
- Oversee investment allocation for solution development, working with FSUs to avoid duplication and focus on strategic gaps
- Facilitate cross-FSU collaboration to accelerate development and adoption of applied AI solutions
- Ensure IP rights, licensing, security, and compliance across all AI-generated assets
- Provide portfolio insights, reporting, and recommendations to leadership to optimize ROI and strategic impact

Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, AI, or related fields
- 7–10+ years of experience in software engineering, AI/data, or technology strategy/program governance roles
- Strong understanding of AI and agentic architecture in enterprise environments
- Experience in IP management and licensing, especially for AI and software products
- Proven experience in portfolio governance or large-scale technology initiatives
- Ability to align investment decisions with corporate strategy and vertical offerings
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Good English communication skills (both written and verbal)
