Overview of job
- Member of a team to build a modern GenAI-powered enterprise system for the insurance industry including but not limited to: Claim, Underwriting, Policy Servicing for Life, Non-life.
- Build best in class insurance FWA (Fraud/Waste/Abuse) engine.
- Work with regional partners in SEA and ASIA for their success.
- 20 days of paid leave a year: 14 annual leave, 4 sick leave, 1 day off extra with company, and 1 day off in the birthday month.

Job Requirement
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a similar technical field of study, or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience in software development.
- Experience in software development using Typescript.
- Experience in building software applications using LLM for code assistance.
- Articulate in verbal and text communications.
- Love writing. Enjoy languages.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience architecting and developing solutions to ambiguous problems with significant impact.
- Experience in technical leadership, leading project teams and setting direction.
- Building whole or part of software applications using Claude Code/Codex/Cursor Agent or similar tools
