Job description

Overview of job

Member of a team to build a modern GenAI-powered enterprise system for the insurance industry including but not limited to: Claim, Underwriting, Policy Servicing for Life, Non-life.
Build best in class insurance FWA (Fraud/Waste/Abuse) engine.
Work with regional partners in SEA and ASIA for their success.

20 days of paid leave a year: 14 annual leave, 4 sick leave, 1 day off extra with company, and 1 day off in the birthday month.

Job Requirement

Job Requirement:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a similar technical field of study, or equivalent practical experience.
6 years of experience in software development.
Experience in software development using Typescript.
Experience in building software applications using LLM for code assistance.
Articulate in verbal and text communications.
Love writing. Enjoy languages.

Preferred qualifications:

Experience architecting and developing solutions to ambiguous problems with significant impact.
Experience in technical leadership, leading project teams and setting direction.
Building whole or part of software applications using Claude Code/Codex/Cursor Agent or similar tools
