We are looking for a forward-thinking, tech-savvy Senior Manager, ITDX (Digital Transformation) to lead Katalon’s internal technology ecosystem and digital enablement initiatives.

This is not a traditional infrastructure-heavy IT role. We are seeking a highly hands-on and proactive leader who can leverage modern technology, AI, and automation to improve productivity, business agility, and enterprise-wide operational efficiency.

In this role, you will own internal systems, workplace technologies, and enterprise applications while driving workflow optimization, automation, and AI-powered solutions to create a scalable, low-friction operating environment.

You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to remove operational bottlenecks, redesign inefficient workflows, and implement practical technology solutions that improve productivity and employee experience.

Core Responsibilities:

IT Leadership & Digital Enablement

• Lead digital transformation initiatives aligned with business priorities and operational growth.
• Proactively identify inefficiencies, workflow friction, and manual processes, then implement scalable technology solutions to improve productivity.
• Drive adoption of modern workplace technologies, including SaaS, AI-enabled tools, automation, and low-code/no-code platforms.
• Act as a trusted technology partner by recommending practical, scalable solutions and challenging inefficient ways of working when needed.

Enterprise Systems & Workflow Optimization

• Own and optimize enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, HRIS, ITSM, workplace tools) to improve reliability, integration, and operational effectiveness.
• Drive systems integration, workflow automation, and process improvements across business functions.
• Improve reporting, analytics, and operational visibility through better systems and workflows.

AI, Automation & Workplace Productivity

• Lead AI and automation initiatives to simplify workflows, reduce manual effort, and improve business productivity.
• Implement automation solutions using AI-enabled tools, APIs, scripting, low-code/no-code, or workflow orchestration platforms.
• Continuously improve workplace technology ecosystems (e.g., Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, Atlassian suite) to enhance employee productivity and experience.

IT Operations & Vendor Management

• Lead day-to-day IT operations with a focus on responsiveness, reliability, and employee experience.
• Manage vendors, SaaS subscriptions, and technology investments to ensure cost efficiency and business value.

• 7+ years of experience in IT operations, enterprise systems, digital transformation, or IT management in SaaS or technology-driven environments.
• Proven experience driving workflow optimization, enterprise systems improvements, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Hands-on experience with AI, automation, workflow orchestration, low-code/no-code, APIs, scripting, or similar technologies to improve operational efficiency.
• Demonstrated track record of reducing operational bottlenecks, manual effort, or improving scalability through automation.
• Strong systems-thinking, stakeholder management, and problem-solving capabilities.
• High ownership mindset with the ability to work independently and proactively drive improvements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in SaaS, startup, or high-growth technology environments.
• Familiarity with AI-native workflows, LLM-enabled productivity tools, or internal automation ecosystems.
• Knowledge of IT governance, security, or compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR).
