Overview of job

• Build and optimize enterprise-scale data platforms and pipelines using modern cloud technologies across AWS, GCP, and Databricks. 
• Build and optimize ETL/ELT workflows for large-scale data processing and analytics. 
• Develop data solutions using cloud services such as AWS Glue, S3, Athena, BigQuery, Dataflow, Cloud Storage, or equivalent technologies. 
• Work with Databricks and Apache Spark/PySpark to process and transform large datasets. 
• Develop and optimize data models, data warehouses, and modern data lake/lakehouse architectures. 
• Write and optimize SQL queries to support analytics, reporting, and business requirements. 
• Ensure data quality, reliability, security, and performance across data pipelines and platforms. 
• Collaborate with Data Architects, Data Analysts, Data Scientists, and international stakeholders to deliver end-to-end data solutions. 
• Troubleshoot data pipeline issues and contribute to continuous improvement of engineering practices.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Engineering, or a related field. 
• 3+ years of experience in Data Engineering or related roles. 
• Hands-on experience with at least one of the following: AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or Databricks. 
• Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with data modeling, ETL/ELT, and data warehousing. 
• Experience with Python, PySpark, or Apache Spark is preferred. 
• Good understanding of Data Lake, Data Warehouse, Lakehouse, and modern cloud data architecture concepts. 
• Experience with data orchestration tools such as Airflow, AWS Glue, Dataflow, ADF, or similar is a plus. 
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, and Agile development practices.
• Knowledge of data governance, security, and data quality best practices is an advantage. 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
• Good English communication skills and ability to work effectively with global teams and stakeholders.
