Facilitated Work Hub (FWH) was founded in Norway in 2002.

In 2008 we opened our subsidiary in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Here, we created a work model focused on long-term, stable careers, giving Norwegian clients access to skilled senior developers who work as a natural extension of their in-house teams.

There is no “A team” and “B team.” Our Vietnamese developers work directly with teams in Norway, becoming valued, equal colleagues, not outsourced resources. As an integrated part of a client’s team, you get to build strong professional relationships and gain international experience while based in Vietnam.
