Job description

Overview of job

Automate deployment of containerized applications to Kubernetes and provisioning of relevant infrastructure on-premise and in cloud (Azure, AWS)
Develop and maintain scripts (shell, powershell, python), templates and configuration (yaml, json) in GIT
Setup and monitor application and infrastructure runtime metrics allowing on-demand scaling, fast fail-over and issue resolution
Identify, isolate and solve infrastructure related issues incl. network
Define and maintain CI/CD pipelines as a code (YAML)
Define and optimize Docker images and maintain team namespace in Docker Registry
Promote new tools and approaches in the company in order to grow the agile development environment.
Apply patches and security improvements to operated infrastructure and software
Act as a professional technical lead for related expertise to provide direction and guideline for team mates and other IT teams
Working on AGILE team

Job Requirement

Your Skills and Experience

Education:
- Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in IT or relevant fields (preferred)
Experience:
- 03- 05 years experience administration of Linux servers
- Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Strong knowledge of Amazon Web Services
- Scripting skill (Bash shell , Power shell, Python) is advantage
- Experience with Azure Automation and CI/CD as a code (Jenkins, Gitlab CI, Travis CI or similar) is a plus
- Environment automation tools knowledge (Helm, Ansible, Terraform or Cloud formation)
Skills:
- Intermediate level of spoken English; good written English (be able to communicated well via email with European specialists and colleagues)
- Good analytic skills for troubleshooting issue
- Understanding of enterprise network and infrastructure environments
