Institute of Big Data is a new research institute funded by Vingroup - the largest enterprise located in Hanoi, Vietnam. Our mission is to conduct data-driven research that helps to develop high-impact products. We are currently looking for a Senior Devops Engineer to join speech and language processing team as follows:
Responsibilities:
• Design and implement infrastructure solutions
• Communicate and report operations status. Follow-up the issues happened and actions to be done
• Identify problematic areas and implement solution to improve the operations
Qualifications:
• University degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience
• Experience with DevOps and Agile engineering practices
• Experience in cloud computing technologies and excellent knowledge of current computing trends
• Experience with one of the leading cloud platforms
• Excellent communications. Service oriented mindset, strong team spirit
• Ability to work comfortably in a fast changing environment on interesting technical challenges
• Good knowledge of Linux, VMware, Database, Networks, Docker
• Knowledge in AWS system operations, AWS Certification is a plus
• Be familiar with some of the tools we use (Jira, Confluence, Terraform, Ansible, Elasticsearch)
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
• Nice to have product development mindset
