Overview of job

WATA is actively looking for many Project Manager, Technical Project Manager or Scrum Master to join a dynamic development team – working directly with our US client who owns a platform for the innovative referral management system of Service/Ecommerce..., which is using the latest technologies for mobile (iOS, Android, NodeJS, ReactJS, .Net, Java, JavaScript...).

Responsible for Project Manager within the agreed budget and time constraints, whilst maintaining control of the scope and impact of changes through a formal sign-off process.
Ensure the quality of the deliveries
Working with a team lead to manage development staff and assign works according to development project needs.
Working relationships: Reporting to Directors and Customer (Key Contact Point) on Development Status, Progress, Issues, and Risks. Escalate project, client, and staff issues.
Also work with Business Analysts/Product Owners to drive the Requirements, Design, and quotation preparation process.

Job Requirement

Proven experience in software development management, specifically mobile development (Android, iOS) .Net, NodeJS, ReactJS software development, in the IT industry delivering large scale, mission-critical projects, ideally from a Software vendor perspective.
Experience in Agile / Scrum methodology/working process
Excellent in problem-solving and conflict solving.
Excellent communication skills and strong negotiation skills. Able to communicate with internal stakeholders and client expectations from the outset
Able to be assertive, whilst maintaining a strong relationship
Proven experience in administration in areas of documentation and reporting
Strong leadership qualities and ability to lead by example
Able to manage developers with various skills sets and years of experience whilst gaining their respect
Good logical & analytical problem resolution skills.
Able to work toward tight deadlines and in pressure situations
Whilst maintaining a clear thought process
Experience in hand on technical development is a big plus.
Experience in Agile Development or Test-Driven Development is a big plus
