Overview of job

The Senior Backend developer works alongside frontend developers, full-stack developers, programmers or UX specialists to create comprehensive digital solutions for business needs. You’ll make sure the system is scalable and that it can still function when hit by large loads—be that traffic or demanding scripts. You are also tasked with maintaining and testing existing back-end elements to ensure they’re as fast and efficient as possible. Data storage also comes under their remit, which requires them to have a good knowledge of data security and compliance. You’re responsible for managing the interchange of data between the server and the users. Your primary focus will be the development of all server-side logic, definition and maintenance of the central database, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the backend. You will also be responsible for integrating the backend elements built by your coworkers into the application. 

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Design and build services cross-team.
• Ensure quality and performance of services to specifications.
• Work with cross teams and stakeholders to find out solutions
• Utilize Kubernetes to ensure successful application development, deployment, and scaling
• Build API on standard Restful API
• Coaching and mentoring team members
