TIBCO’s EBX team is looking for bright engineering talent with Web UI Development experience.  You will leverage your experience using React, Angularjs along with your desire to understand how the backend works to redefine the user experience for our EBX platform. You will join our global team of principal engineers, solution architects to fulfill the mission of bringing the product to the next level of user experience. You are not only building the front-end features for the end-user, but also the components as standard libs for others to develop their functions/features fast and reliable. We need your technical skills, your abstraction capability, and your empathy for the pains of the users and your colleagues to produce the outcome with quality, optimal performance and effort to use and maintain.

EBX is Master Data Management (MDM) Enterprise software that makes it easier to manage and share vast amounts of data assets, conformed dimensions, hierarchies, and metadata. The dynamism and sophistication of data means business teams can no longer rely on simple office automation tools or outdated data management tools to manage these assets. Custom applications and purpose-built MDM solutions are hard to change while EBX is flexible and agile. It uses a unique “what-you-model-is-what-you-get” design approach, with applications generated on the fly and fully configurable. This eliminates the need for long, costly, and endless development projects. And EBX software includes all the enterprise-class capabilities you need to create data-driven applications: data stewardship, workflow, data quality, and data integration are built right in.

In this crucial role as a UI/ Frontend Engineer, you will:

• As part of a team, you will  improve user experience for product features and also improve code quality to reduce time and risks when making changes
• Ensure all security-related aspects of driver operation function with zero defects
• Suggest and implement performance optimizations
• Diagnose customer issues and perform bug fixes
