Vinfast for an Engineer who has experience working on ALM (Codebeamer) applications, focusing on support and maintenance. This position is responsible to support business users and to maintain the system. Within this role, you will directly work with business users and external partners and find ways to improve the system and implement processes. We are looking for a highly motivated, meticulous, hands-on technical individual with excellent communication skills.
JOB RESPONSIBLITIES:
- Collect end user requirements and implement ALM processes.
- Support business users.
- Manage server resources and expansion planning
- Support user & propose solutions using Engineering Software platform
- Find opportunities to improve the system and automate processes.
- 3 - 5 years’ Experience in Information Technology.
- Minimum 1 year experience in Codebeamer or experience in HP ALM or IBM Doors.
- Experience in server/application administration and support.
- Experience in managing engineering and manufacturing processes.
- Experience in managing Requirements, Test Cases and Test Result system.
- Proficient in English, written and verbal.
