Overview of job

• Plan, prioritize, and execute IT operation including network, hardware, software, cyber security, and technical troubleshoot for both internal offices and external client sites, to ensure that organization’s information systems function reliably and that IT resources are used effectively.
• Research, evaluate, and recommend hardware and software products that will enhance the capabilities of the organization’s information systems.
• Liaise with functional or operational area managers to understand their current and future information needs and determine how information systems should be installed, configured, and maintained to best meet these needs.
• Write and review technical policies, procedures, and documents to ensure reliable and optimized IT operation.
• Partner with DevOps and Engineering for implementation of a full CI/CD pipeline and deployment strategy.
• Leading a team of System and Network engineers in delivering IT managed services across regions and time-zones.
