As the QC Manager, you will be working with our cross-functional tech delivery teams where you will build our next generation of globally scalable technology platforms. You will lead the QC team (Manual & Automation) for researching and developing in support of product and systems requirements over the course of software development lifecycles. What will you do?

• Lead the QC team (Manual & Automation) and collaborate with different Scrum teams across the organization to make sure quality embedded in both processes and technology.
• Responsible for managing, hiring, coaching, mentoring, training teams of QC engineers.
• Stay current with the Testing best practices, methodologies, latest technologies, and continue to improve the Testing processes across the teams.
• Partner with PMO and stakeholders, Support teams to review business requirements and consult them for the strategy, automation test, architecture, design, implementation, and testing.
• Act as a strong advocate for quality and share Testing knowledge to other team members within the organization.
• Deep dive into new business domains to help teams analyze, test, and build high quality software.
• Design and execute non-functional testing, e.g., Performance, security, and accessibility by using standard testing techniques.
• Establish key metrics to indicate success or failure after new product rollouts.
• Should have great attention to detail and results driven approach.
• Develop and implement test automation frameworks, standards and processes, problem reporting processes and systems along with best practices for delivery of scalable and high - quality software.
• Continuously be updated with trends and changes in quality related issues over the course of projects and report them without hesitation.
