Job description

Overview of job

Meet with stakeholders to understand product / business requirements.
Attend daily standup meetings and retrospectives with the development team
Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the product
Develop short-term plans, identify risks, and plan mitigating actions for the products.
Research and analyze market, the users, and the roadmap for the product
Ensure multiple projects stay on schedule.

28 days of paid leave a year: 14 annual leave, 12 sick leave and 1 day off on Christmas and 1 day off in the birthday month.

Job Requirement

Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Vietnamese andEnglish.
Atleast 2 years of experience as a product owner.
Experience in Healthcare / Insurance is a BIG plus.
Have great exposure or insights into the startup ecosystem (optional).
Demonstrate flexible, and creative thinking: test and refine ideas to develop innovative solutions.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated, data-driven.
Experience producing wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user interaction diagrams
