To cope with our increasing business needs, we are looking for dynamic individuals to join us as Senior .NET Software Engineer in our fast-expanding team. You will be part of the Enterprise Delivery Team to accelerate the growth of the project in the global market. As part of the teas, you will be involved in the full lifecycle of projects encompassing requirements gathering, planning, development, testing, release and support.

Key roles and Responsibilities

You will be involved in requirements gathering, translating business requirements into technical design and deploying applications to large enterprise standards, investigate and resolve production issues and perform end-to-end investigations.

Responsibilities/ Daily tasks you will take care:

Developing project technology strategies by understanding key client objectives
Identifying and mapping client requirements
Articulating solution risks and barriers
Leading the solution design and bidding efforts for RFP and/or tender
Implementing architecture by building components and custom designs, prototyping and data migration
Ensuring technical integrity and consistency
Documenting systems and validating system performance by developing and conducting test scripts; Completing bug fixes
Communicating SharePoint architecture standards and frameworks
Comply with change management processes and meet the gate requirements
Actively participate in the business development lifecycle

The right candidate should be a graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Computer/ Telecommunication), Computer Science/ Information Technology or equivalent
Candidates with Diploma in Computer Studies with at least Four (4) full C#, .net SDLC experience in the role of Technical Lead in C#, .Net solution architecting and design, will also be considered
Insurance domain experience is highly desirable
At least 3 years’ experience in a .Net role for design, development, and deployment of medium or large-scale C#, .net project
Knowledge and hands on working experience in ASP.NET MVC, WCF and ASP.NET Web API, C#, and Web Services (SOAP and/or REST), HTML5, XML, Java Script and/or SharePoint
Interactive approach to development, using short development cycles and frequent builds with Object Oriented Programming / Object Oriented Design (OOP/OOD) experience
Ability to develop secure solutions and knowledge of industry best practices regarding information security and defensive development
A good team player, with excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to lead and front customers, with good written and oral communication skills
