Overview of job

• Liaising between Product Manager (PM), Test & Tech Analyst (TTA) and Developer on the User Story created in JIRA. 
• Understanding and analysing the requirements, business rules & business logic and challenge the gap observed in the User Story to ensure the gap can be closed prior to development.
• Creating, maintaining, and updating the System Requirement Specification (SRS) document and conduct walkthrough with Developer.
• Ensuring the SRS is consistent and as a single reference document.
• Ensuring all compulsory elements in SRS is maintained with clear demarcation – flow chart diagram, activity diagram, sequence diagram, use case, wireframe, other mapping document, test data required and non-functional specifications.
• Checking the API documents to ensure front end developer able to start developing. 
• Maintaining a requirement traceability matrix between the acceptance criteria in user story and test case with TTA and Tester. 
• Assessing the change, maintaining, and communicating a change log between IT BA and Developer if there is a requirement change or gap from acceptance criteria, wireframe or technical mapping document. 
• Studying the existing system and creating the SRS on the existing functions for future application maintenance.
• Supporting the developers and testers about the business logic during development.

Testing

• Creating, maintaining, and assisting Tester on the Test Case preparation based on Test Objective and Test Analysis and Design Principle to cover important test scenarios during testing.
• Ensuring all test data required is valid. 
• Performing testing to ensure all the features implemented correspond to the acceptance criteria and updating the result in traceability matrix.
• Ensuring the business logic is implemented correctly before demo session to avoid further delay or hot fix required.
