Overview of job

• Develop records management processes and policies
• Conduct consumer data research and analytics
• Work with customer-centric algorithm models and tailor them to each customer as required
• Extract actionable insights from large databases
• Perform recurring and ad-hoc quantitative analysis to support day-to-day decision making
• Create data dashboards, graphs and visualizations
• Support reporting and analytics, such as KPIs, users reports, and creating and improving dashboards and develop and support reporting processes
• Mine and analyse large datasets, draw valid inferences and present them successfully to management using a reporting tool
• Generating reports from single or multiple systems.
• Training end-users on new reports and dashboards.
