Overview of job

This position will work on a long-term project of several years within a multinational “feature team” of 10 persons composed of at least 1 leader, 1 QA, 1 Front-End and 1 Back-end) included in the global development organization (~40 people) and working from different locations in Europe, and Vietnam. The team has ownership of its features from the beginning to the end: designing, developing, testing/fixing, and making internal demos.

• Work on software applications for accounting on a SaaS platform to automate most of the steps of the accounting and “accounting workflows” in small / medium businesses and avoid as many manual interaction as possible
• Developing the current product by adding features using Ruby on Rails
• Participate in feature technical design
• Collaborate with QA for testing and fixing bugs
• Measurement of effects for quality improvement and implementation of service improvement measures
