Overview of job

• Operating and administrating LAN, WAN network devices (Router, Switch, Firewall, WiFi, PBX, IP Phone, IP Camera, Access Control...)
• Responsible for installing, configuring, maintain and recover IT/ network/ server/ communication  equipment.
• Managing and administrating user access right, remote access control, network access list on network appliance.
• Work with NOC & On-call service for analyzing, monitoring IT infrastructure and handling network incidents/problem.
• Working with Internet Service Provider (ISP) for troubleshoot issue, optimizing bandwidth and latency of Internet Line, domain, hosting.
• Managing network assessments & licenses, work with vendor for delivery and technical support.
• Participate in analysis and consulting solutions, build the new information technology process to ensure the operation normal of the system, the network is safety and secure information.
• Implementation and maintain company's BCP, DRP procedures.
• Perform periodic network assessments and network/systems security audits as ISO planned.
• Analyzing, troubleshooting, and correcting network problems remotely and on-site for branches offices.
• Build up Network and telecommunication documentations, guidelines procedures as ISO required
