Overview of job

• Proactive monitoring of alerts (Eg: Email, SMS, Dashboard,...) through and taking action as per the statement of work defined
• Manage/track incidents reported by customers and alerts generated by the system.
• Collaborate with L1 and L3 team to investigate and resolve the issue, provide the incident report, manage incident tickets
• Maintain server credentials, key/password rotation, SSL certifications (tracking Certificate expiry and reporting, renewal of certificates)
• Perform deployment, patching, monitoring, and other maintenance support activities to the servers with support from DevOps and the application team.
• Review and implement Azure/AWS cloud optimization/recommendations
• Prepare documents for the operation activities: Process documents, technical documents, checklists, FAQs
• Meeting with the project team, provide clarification for incidents, requests, problems,
  changes, and other issues.
