We are hiring a software development coordinator who is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the software development process within an organization. This role may involve working closely with software developers, project managers, quality assurance professionals, and other stakeholders to ensure that software development projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required specifications.
1. Requirement Understanding
Understanding Requirements: The Technical Coordinator will be responsible for understanding the customer's requirements and translating them into actionable tasks for the development team. This involves collaborating with the customer and development team to identify the goals, scope, and objectives of the project.
2. Work Item Management in Azure DevOps
Recording & Monitoring work items: You will need to record and track work items based on the developer's written work breakdown structure (WBS) and customer’s feedback and to ensure that all work items are completed within the given timeline.
3. Collaborating with Development Team and QA Team
Collaborating with the development team: You will need to work closely with the development team to ensure that all work items are completed as planned, and to identify and resolve any issues that arise.
4. Monitoring and Reporting
Monitoring and reporting: You will be responsible for monitoring project progress, identifying risks and issues, and providing regular reports to the project/product.
5. Setting Iteration and Delivery Plan
Setting Iteration and Delivery Plan: The Technical Coordinator will be responsible for setting the iteration and delivery plan to meet the delivery plan that is decided with the customer. This includes breaking down the work items into smaller, manageable tasks and scheduling them with the dev team for completion within specific time frames.
6. Delivery Management
Software delivery/deployment-related task/documentation organizing.
