Overview of job

We are looking for a driven Program Manager (Insurance) in Hanoi to step into a leadership role at EPAM Vietnam. You will be the one who implements the Core Transformation Program and supervises multiple project teams with the only mission to reach the program goals and objectives.

What You’ll Do

• Manage a program of multiple projects within the same domain, set up new projects and control the execution of an overall program
• Run multiple delivery streams and clients, to ensure governance at the top management level and conduct governance project meetings and identify successful and unsuccessful project factors and gaps
• Coordinate with multi-disciplined teams of project managers, product owners, architects, engineers, and quality assurance to drive delivery plans and retrospectives
• Act as an experienced technology partner who can suggest innovative solutions to business/ process-based problems that leverage technology to provide differentiation, efficiency improvements, and better user experiences
• Work closely with the project sponsor, vendor and outsourcing resources to develop the scope, deliverables, required resources, and work plan for each project in the program
• Develop and manage the budget for projects and be accountable for delivering against established business goals/objectives
• Work with other program/project managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects
• Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for managers and stakeholders
