Overview of job

Evaluating, identifying and developing software solutions.
Leading software development projects.
Documenting and recording every aspect of an application or software.
Training and overseeing the activities of the members of the development team.
Planning, tracking and scheduling software deliverables.
Locating and directing solutions for critical challenges involving software and hardware interface.
Looking for problems within software systems and resolving the issues.
Developing good working relationships with other employees, such as Marketing Managers, Product Managers, Programmers and Engineers.
Provide technical supports and problem-solving solutions to team members.
Provide suggestions on other useful development techniques and AWS services

Job Requirement

Knowledge and experience:

5-10 years of programming experiences prior to Architect level.
Solid experience in system architecture design.
Broad understanding of coding and programming languages - HTML, CSS3, JavaScript, JQuery, .NET Core and Database (MS SQL).
Experience with database design and data modeling.
Extensive knowledge of the software development process and corresponding technologies.
Excellent understanding of design patterns and architectural styles.
Proficient knowledge of the operation and development designs of agile software.
Expertise with content management systems.
Strong soft skills, including attention to detail, problem-solving and communication skills.
Good understanding in system security and improvements.
Good knowledge in AWS Cloud Services – ability to implement systems based on load balancing server architecture approach.
Ability to analyse existing systems and provide suggestions/solutions based on new business requirements.

Skills:

High level of technical skills.
Able to work on very tight timelines while maintaining excellent attention to detail.
Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships at all levels of the organization, and work with a diverse group of people.
Strong communication skills, good English communication orally and in writing
