UNIT Technology Corporation is looking to hire Lead-Process Quality Assurance to join our expanding team in District 3, HCMC.
*Duties & Responsibilities
➢ Coordinate with project managers to facilitate and monitor project performance via defined metrics.
➢ Assist operations in tracking, documenting, and reporting quality levels.
➢ Participate in the development and implementation of CMMi and periodic ISO27001 audit.
➢ Control progress, warm and detect problems that may affect the project progress.
➢ Collect data, make statistics, analyze and report data, define company and project norms.
➢ Consult and propose to build a process suitable to the actual projects.
8Required Skills:
➢ Bachelor degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.
➢ Experience in QA in software outsourcing companies.
➢ Experience in process definition, project audit and improvement in the IT field.
➢ Knowledge of CMMi, ISO 27001, and ability to apply to work.
➢ Logical thinking and attention to detail.
➢ Good knowledge of project management, software development process, and software development methodology like Agile/Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall.
➢ Good ability at data collection and analysis.
➢ Good skills in time management, planning, document compiling.
➢ Good communication skills and teamwork.
➢ Good at English.
➢ Good at training skills.
*Education:
Bachelor degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.
*Language skills:
➢ Vietnamese (Fluent Native)
➢ English (Fluent Native)
