Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with a strong background in information systems to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing our ERP migration and the ongoing management of the ERP system post-migration. 

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the ERP migration process, ensuring all business requirements are met.
• Manage the ERP system post-migration, ensuring it continues to meet business needs and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Work closely with stakeholders and the technology team to define and document product requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements and user stories for our engineers.
• Identify, track, and resolve issues that arise during the ERP migration and post-migration management.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, including all administrative tasks and sites involved in the project.
• Coordinate with various teams to ensure the ERP system is effectively integrated with other business systems.
• Provide training and support to users of the ERP system.
• Drive continuous improvements to our ERP system to better support business operations.
