Job description
- Research, analyze requirements and understand the function of products or projects.
- Design test strategy, test plan, test data, test cases, test scripts, testing methods,...
- Build manual test cases/test scenarios based on requirements, user stories, and acceptance tests that belong to the test plan.
- Identify, analyze, report test results, and monitor defects in the defect tracking system. Investigate defect reports from production support, isolate their causes
- Build process/KPI Metric for testing team
- Ensure high quality output of the test team at all activities
- Manage a team of 10 members and provide hiring, training, mentoring and coaching
- Propose and lead team initiatives to improve test's knowledge, performance and skills
- Manage Risk/Issue of project/ testing team

- Flexible working time:
Morning: 8:00 am -12:00 pm (check in from 8:00 am to 8:45 am)
Afternoon: 1:00 pm - 5:45 pm (check out from 5:00 pm to 5:45 pm)
