We are seeking a talented Mobile UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic design team at Unifiedpost Group. As the UX/UI Designer in Vietnam, you will have a unique opportunity to closely collaborate with the mobile development team and work in tandem with our design teams located in Belgium and Romania. Your expertise will play a pivotal role in crafting intuitive, aesthetically pleasing, and seamless user experiences for our mobile application. Your focus will be on creating delightful experiences that captivate and engage our users, while also championing the development and maintenance of our mobile design system.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and evaluate requirements in collaboration with product managers and other stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, designers, and other stakeholders, to ensure the successful implementation of design concepts.
• Present your work to the stakeholders in well-crafted deliverables such as wireframes, clickable prototypes, or concept presentations.
• Create and maintain the mobile design system, encompassing reusable components, patterns, and guidelines that foster consistency and ease of development.
• Advocate for the adoption of the mobile design system, providing guidance to other designers and developers to ensure its successful implementation.
• Researching and generating ideas, driving the design process and helping come up with the best solutions.
• Gather insights to inform your design decisions, ensuring that our mobile applications meet the needs of our users.
• Support the design team in various design-related tasks, such as assisting with visual assets, collaborating on web design projects, and contributing to overall design improvements.
• Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that align with best practices in UX and UI design.
• Exhibit strong communication and presentation skills to effectively articulate your design concepts and decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Take ownership of your projects, being proactive in coordinating with team members in different time zones and effectively managing your tasks and deadlines.
• Demonstrate excellent time management skills to ensure project deliverables are met on time and to a high standard.
