PURPOSE OF JOB
We are seeking a motivated and talented Junior Frontend Engineer to join our HRIS development team.
The ideal candidate is passionate about creating intuitive and seamless user experiences, possesses a strong foundation in frontend technologies, and is eager to contribute to the growth of our HRIS platform.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, backend developers, and other stakeholders to implement user interface designs for HRIS applications.
Develop, test, and maintain responsive and user-friendly web applications.
Contribute to the optimization of web applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Troubleshoot and debug frontend issues to ensure smooth functionality across different devices and browsers.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in frontend development, user experience, and design principles.

Job Requirement

Your skills and experience

JOB REQUIREMENT
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field;
Experience:

Proven experience of 2+ years working as a Frontend Engineer. Any exposure to HRIS systems or human resources processes is a plus, but not required.
Experience with testing frameworks and writing unit tests for frontend code.
Prior experience with responsive design, cross-browser compatibility.

Skills/Knowledge
Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and proficiency in at least one modern frontend framework/library (e.g., React, Vue.js, Angular).
Strong understanding of web performance optimization techniques.
Ability to work in a collaborative, agile environment and adapt to changing requirements.
Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and collaboration with design teams.
Knowledge of RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming.
