Overview of job

Manage the team performance, effectiveness and compliance.

Responsible for managing Networking and Infrastructure Team to ensure the availability, integrity and confidentiality of:

• Core networking, firewall, core infrastructure hardware and devices
• Core connectivity topology including WAN, leased-lines, branch connectivity's, third parties and Group connectivity
• All office buildings and branches IT infrastructure
• Network automation

Responsible for IT support:

• Receive support requests from different channels including: Phone, Email, Slack, Jira.
• Provide the best solution based on the problems and details provided by members.
• Monthly basic report for devices, licenses and online services billing.
• Install and configure the company's software on members' Macbook.
• Directly solve complex, unresolved issues to higher-level members.

• Hybrid working: 2 days at the office and 3 days WFH
• Working hour: Flexible start 8AM-9AM from Mon-Fri
