Overview of job

We are looking for a second IT Network Administrator for our team who work in Tanner Vietnam office and support the team in Lindau, Germany.

Primary responsibilities

• Install and manage Windows 11, Windows Server 2022 and "Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops".
• Automating / scripting OS, software, patch and driver installations with "Ivanti DSM".
• Administration and operation of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, File- and Print server.
• Including Web- and SQL server, Teams, Exchange Online and Outlook.
• Operate and manage HP Aruba switches, HP servers, VMware vSphere and Veeam.
• Be responsible for event management tasks as well as system and performance monitoring with Nagios Check_MK.
• Analyze and resolve incidents and ensure IT security, including vulnerability scans, reporting and response.
• You take on tasks in the areas of IT asset management, license management and contract management as well as in the procurement of hardware and software.
• Provide support to users and resolve software and hardware issues.
• Task planning with Planner and IT documentation with Confluence.
