Overview of job

• Work with stakeholders to define end-to-end business process flows and detailed user stories to ensure excellent user experience journey
• Define product metrics and measure them strictly week-by-week
• Scope and prioritize items in product backlog and collaborate with design & technical teams to ensure the timely delivery of new functionalities
• Track product and project milestones and provide regular progress reports to the Line Manager.
• Able to deliver detail requirement and business analysis at URS & SRS level
• Conduct and coordinate UAT Testing to ensure defects/issues are raised and follow through and notify the development team and developers immediately on critical issues
