This position takes care the operation of SWAT Team and reports directly to the CIO.
The roles of the team are the following.
- Manage all technical aspects on rolling out the key business systems.
- Handle incidents of key business systems in shortest time.
- Ensure the key business systems fulfill the compliance on technical and policies.
Main responsibilities:
- In-charge of technical aspects on rolling out key business systems
- Document or manage the documentation of system details of key business systems from connectivity, system configuration, DB schema & parameters to application parameters.
- Manage the repository of incidents and corresponding actions; perform rehearsal regularly.
- Resources, tasks, projects management
- Research & document all technical configuration of the key business systems.

- University degree or higher in IT, or related subjects.
- Minimum 8 years’ experience with at least 3 years manager level on technical operations and system rollout on technical aspects.
- Experience on finance system and securities trading system is an advantage.
- Experience on rolling out securities trading systems is an advantage.
- Experience identifying, analyzing and managing risks on complex operating environment and able to maintain resolution to risks.
- Infrastructure knowledge in systems, database, and/or network.
- Strong experience leading / managing services and functions supporting system rollout.
- Strong experience on fixing technical problem; Able to identify quick and systematic solution for issues.
- Services oriented mind-set is required.
- Strong experience on resource, projects management.
- Knowledge on UNIX, database included DB2, Oracle, etc.
- Good presentation, written and verbal communication skill.
- Communication skills, communication confidence, team work, good customer relations;
- Ability to work independently, under pressure and large,
- Reading technical documents in English good, basic communication
