• About 2 years of experience in project management; 
• Fluent English, both in writing and speaking; 
• Strong knowledge and experience in both traditional project management principles and practices with an Agile development approach in the right proportions to fit each project level;
• Proven experience in project estimation, budget control, people management and risk management; 
• Ability to provide constructive timely feedback to delivery team members and negotiate priorities and timelines to stakeholders; 
• Experience with Jira (or similar) and reporting tools;
• Strong interpersonal & leadership skills/ people development/ people motivation. 

  Desired skills and qualifications  

• 2 years of relevant experience in Software Development and good technical background; 
• Experience in leading projects teams of at least 3-5 people; 
• High level of understanding of development techniques and technological trends; 
• Drive, tenacity, client focused and result-oriented; 
• Commitment to professional excellence, as well as personal and professional growth; 
• Experience with budgetary responsibilities related to projects or resources; 
• Flexible and adaptable, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability; 
• Project management certification (PMP, CSM…) will be advantageous.
