Overview of job

Xây dựng Test Strategy: Chiến lược test tổng thể cho sản phẩm bao gồm Manual Test/Performance Test/Automation Test
Lập và thiết kế Test Plan, Test case, Checklist, Test Report. Triển khai viết Test case bằng tool AIO Test trên Jira Software
Review Test case member, review tài liệu do phía BA transfer
Phối hợp bộ phận Developer, triển khai sử dụng K6 cho Performance Test
Phối hợp bộ phận Developer, triển khai sử dụng Cypress cho Automation Test
Soạn thảo các quy trình, quy định và các đề xuất, chính sách thuộc chuyên môn của bộ phận
Thực hiện kiểm thử trên các môi trường
Theo dõi, giám sát sửa lỗi

Job Requirement

Tốt nghiệp đại học chuyên ngành Công nghệ Thông tin, Điện tử Viễn thông, Toán Tin hoặc các lĩnh vực có liên quan
Nắm vững và hiểu biết sâu sắc về các quy trình test, các kỹ thuật testing
Có kiến thức sâu về phương pháp kiểm thử phần mềm
Có kinh nghiệm Performance test, Automation test
Có kinh nghiệm về Web, Mobile testing, API
Có ít nhất 2-3 năm kinh nghiệm làm Tester Leader/Test Manager
Đọc hiểu tài liệu tiếng Anh chuyên ngành CNTT
Kỹ năng quản lý nhóm, lập kế hoạch, lãnh đạo nhóm, tổng hợp và báo cáo tốt
Có khả năng truyền đạt, đào tạo và xử lý vấn đề kỹ thuật tốt
Có khả năng nghiên cứu, nắm bắt nhanh các kĩ thuật kiểm thử mới
Sử dụng tốt các công cụ kiểm thử
Có kinh nghiệm Security test là một lợi thế
Ưu tiên ứng viên có các chứng chỉ Testing như ISTQB, CSTE,…
