Job description

Overview of job

Define the business tracking need for specific KPI, working efficiently with the Data Tracking Specialist to provide accurate data analysis
Acquire data from different data sources and maintain databases/data systems, filter and “clean” data by discovering any mismatches or outliers
Analyze data using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports, propose enhancement/KPI
Analyze player behavior, evaluate game performance, interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets and propose suggestions to business challenge
Collaborate with live-ops and creation game teams to understand the insight and prioritize the analysis needs, point out bottlenecks in productions and propose solutions
Present information using dashboards and other data visualization techniques
Provide monthly main KPIs data evolution, quarterly player and data analysis and list of recommendations for game projects

Job Requirement

At least 2 years working experience as a Data Analyst on gaming or mobile application industries
Business Intelligence in Kids Gaming are a big plus
Knowledge on Business Intelligence tools as Metabase, Microsoft Power BI or Looker are a must
Knowledge of and experience with reporting packages (Business Objects etc.), databases (SQL etc.), programming (XML, JavaScript, or ETL frameworks)
Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets (Excel, SPSS, SAS etc.)
Knowledge of Jira (Data, Dashboards, JQL queries) is a plus
Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings
Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
High presentation, reporting and communication skills with professional English competency
Strong team spirit, high commitment and self-discipline
Meticulousness, result-oriented working approach, flexible attitude and a quick learner
