Job description:

• Assess and analyze requirements, RFP, RFI, as-is systems vs to-be targets for IT systems, solutions and applications.
• Participate in customer engagement activities (e.g. to introduce/influence about technology, capabilities, solutions, services, approaches…) and collect/qualify/clarify the customer requirements/demands/pain points if any
• Design architecture, solutions and integration for IT systems, solutions and applications to meet the customer’s requirements/demands or to solve their pain points
• Ensure the well-architected principles and criteria in designing architecture and solutions, covering architecture flexibility, scalability, functions/features, integration/protocols, performance, reliability/availability and resiliency, security, excellent operation and cost optimization.
• Research and evaluate the technology stacks, middleware, opensource frameworks, tools, systems and SAS/cloud services (if any) to be used as components in IT systems and applications
• Prepare the proposals and SOC (State of Compliance) (if required), responding to RFP, RFI or specific customer requirements.
• Able to breakdown into detailed design of components, processing flows and logics, interfaces and data models of IT systems, solutions and applications
• Able to cover the architecture, solutions and designs for deployment, infrastructure (incl. computing, storage, network, security…) on premise and cloud, CI/CD, DevSecOps, IaC
• Able to cover the architecture, solutions and designs for observability, monitoring, logging, troubleshooting, operation, administration and maintenance
• Able to cover the architecture, solutions and designs for security, access control, audit, governance and security operation
• Able to give the approaches for implementation, breakdown and estimate the setup, development, integration, customization and other implementation works (per roles and with estimated effort) to build IT systems, solutions and applications
• Transfer to the delivery team to implement (about architecture, solutions, designs, implementation approaches…)
• Build up the reference solutions, technical templates, service offerings, case studies or introduction about technical capabilities if required
• Prepare other technical and marketing materials if required
