Overview of job

Get to the business: First 2 months:

• Understand online platforms: App and Web;
• Understand IT integration;
• Understand Hosel odules infra;
• Understand product specifics of biometrics vendors (features, production status quo, new features demo test, reporting, best practice from HC countries);
• Master inhouse data structures/ storages/ streaming;

Risk Technology management:

• Design/ validate/ config integration of innovative technologies used in Risk (UW, AF) processes and platforms FE;
• Design, support to build, and manage data processing (data pipeline and ETL) and storage;
• Utilization of inhouse Big data SmartData Architecture (Predictor Engine, HomeML platform, Hadoop store, kafka, RestAPI);
• Quality control, formulation of business requests to 3rd party algorithms/ features/ platforms and push for quality/ timely delivery;

People management:

• Risk team is highly cooperative, and we expect that from newcomers;
• Help develop hard skills in Data Analysts/ Engineers;
• This position does not expect leadership skillset;

Compliance:

• Team adopts regulatory, Risk Ops, IT Sec, Group policy compliance of used technologies;

Business strategy:

• Cooperation on new product/platforms dev (multiproduct limit approach, GMA, WEB, eKYC, etc.);
• Participation and implementation of group wide strategy projects (Smart data, group data/technology providers, …);
