Job Description

Collaborate with other IT teams (Network, Support, Development) to deploy, maintain, secure, and improve IT systems across various environments (Development, Testing, Production).
Interact with internal/external customers and stakeholders, providing recommendations and inputs when needed.
IT systems administration: Server, VMware vSphere/Hyper-V/KVM virtualization, Private Cloud OpenStack.
Manage service administration on server operating systems: Linux (Ubuntu, CentOS), Windows Server.
Maintains online devices, including software upgrade, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, customer technical exchanges, major problem upgrade, and network technical indicator analysis and report output.
Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Head of IT.

Job Requirement

Bachelor’s degree with related major.
Professional certificates in system administration, such as MCSA, MCSE, MCITP on Windows 2012/2016 platforms, Linux LPI certificate, or Unix operating system administration certificate from IBM, HP, etc., are preferred.
Experience in installing, configuring, and maintaining services such as Oracle
Have general knowledge of IT network systems (Network architecture, connections, service flows).
Have experience in deploying, administering, and operating server systems using Linux and Windows operating systems, server virtualization platforms as VMware vSphere/Hyper-V/KVM.
Proficient in setting up monitor systems such as Zabbix, Nagios, Telegraf, Prometheus, Grafana, etc.
Strong verbal skills in English.
