ABOUT POSITION

Join our IT team as a Junior Service Desk Staff member and be at the heart of our technology operations. In this exciting entry-level role, you'll work closely with our experienced IT engineer, gaining hands-on experience and valuable skills. You'll manage IT assets, provide first-line support to end-users, and help ensure the smooth execution of company events. • Software and Hardware (Asset) Management
  • Oversee the full lifecycle of IT assets, including procurement, onboarding, management, usage analysis, renewal, and retirement of assets when they are no longer needed.
  • Ensure all processes are followed in accordance with IT policies and stakeholder requirements, including coordination with Finance, HR, Legal, and other departments.
• End-User Support (Level 1)
  • Serve as the first point of contact for end-user requests, responding promptly and resolving issues within your scope of knowledge.
  • Escalate more complex issues to higher-level support (Level 2, 3) as necessary, ensuring a smooth handoff and timely resolution.
• Guidelines Documentation
  • Develop and maintain clear, concise documentation for all tools under IT management.
  • Ensure guidelines are accessible and easy to understand for both employees and IT/Security staff, promoting proper usage and best practices.
• Company Event Support
  • Provide IT support for company events, both internal and external, held at the office or other venues.
  • Set up and manage IT equipment to ensure smooth execution of events, addressing any technical issues that may arise.
