Job description

Overview of job

Provide hands-on technical leadership and development in mobile solution development in designing, developing, and deploying innovative React Native applications.
Provide a leading voice in the evolving mobile architecture framework and roadmap covering languages, tooling, patterns, and delivery processes.
Conduct code reviews, identify potential bottlenecks, and propose solutions to optimize application performance.
Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and backend engineers to bridge the gap between product vision and technical execution.
Design and code major features
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in React Native and associated technologies (Redux, MobX, TypeScript).
Best practices in mobile development, including component lifecycles, and effectiveness.
Oversee the mobile application publication process on the App Store and Google Play Store.
Recruit, hire, and manage talented engineers

Job Requirement

5+ years of experience as a mobile application developer with a strong focus on React Native, including 2+ years of experience in a Leader position.
In-depth knowledge of React Native architecture, components, lifecycle methods, state management (Redux, MobX), and virtual DOM.
Expertise in both major development platforms (iOS and Android)
Experience leading a mobile team of very strong engineers
Experience with unit testing frameworks (e.g., Jest) and mobile testing tools (e.g., Detox)
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
