Overview of job

• Develop electronic products as per Olli processes. Build prototypes
• Design hardware schematics and customize full-functional circuits: power management, Wifi, Bluetooth, 3G, speaker, microphone, AC-DC converter.
• Assists in component sourcing and hardware selections.
• Optimize component solutions for cost and performance
• Cooperate with software team to build and test functionalities of circuits.
• Evaluate and improve production quality after production
• Design testing procedures for PCB.
• Start to finish ownership of control boards and other electronics – from document specification to design, SW development support and manufacturing support

You'll learn a lot: we don't do outsourcing so you won't have to deal with the frequent technology switch that comes with a new outsourcing project (and therefore not having enough time to really master any of them). Here you are the owner of your slice of the product. You'll have the opportunity to dig deep into whatever technology you're working with and become really good at it. There are milestones to follow, but in general you'll manage your own tasks and set your own pace.
